About Tiffany McQueen

Tiffany McQueen Lewis has dedicated over 20 years to the nonprofit and philanthropic sector as a results-oriented strategic leader and coalition builder focused on improving outcomes and maximizing impact. She is the Founder and President of TNM Consulting Group, where she specializes in providing strategic planning and organizational development for nonprofits and small and large philanthropic organizations. Her current client includes The Chicago Community Trust, where she was a part of distributing over 120 million dollars to over 1000 nonprofits throughout the Chicagoland region.

Most recently, she served as the Grants Director for the DeKalb County Community Foundation where was instrumental in distributing over 3.6 million dollars annually in grants and scholarships. Prior to her role at the Community Foundation, she served as the founding Executive Director of America Needs You-Illinois (ANY), a national non-profit that fights for economic mobility for ambitious, first-generation college students by providing intensive career development and transformative mentorship. In this role, she was responsible for designing the organization’s local fundraising and programmatic strategy and building key partnerships with corporations, organizations and the philanthropic community.

Tiffany’s career has included working with statewide organizations and local nonprofits in various roles including Program Director, Director of External Affairs and Development and founder. She specializes in connecting with people and building strategic alliances. She is a skilled public speaker and facilitator and has extensive experience with organizational strategy, program design and implementation, and stakeholder engagement.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Clark Atlanta University and a Master of Education from the University of Georgia. Ms. McQueen’s honors include being awarded the Bill and Melinda Gates Millennium Scholarship and receiving a full scholarship to the prestigious New York University IGNITE Fellowship for Women of Color in the Social Sector. She is also a board member of Giving DuPage and was a member of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business IMPACT Leadership Development program.
