Attitude of Gratitude: A Different Kind of Giving Tuesday

Bright Promises Foundation is doing something a little different for Giving Tuesday...

Each year, after Black Friday and Cyber Monday, we celebrate Giving Tuesday. 

During this international day of giving, thousands of organizations from around the world invite caring and concerned donors like you to support their cause.

This year, instead of just asking, we also want to give something back. And so, we invite you to join us for our Attitude of Gratitude campaign!

The mission of Bright Promises Foundation is to ensure that all children, no matter their background or circumstance, have the opportunity to reach their full promise and potential. Collaboration and partnership drive this mission.

We could not positively impact the lives of more than 6,000 children and families without our outstanding network of partners, and that is why this Giving Tuesday, Bright Promises Foundation is showing our gratitude for our more than 20 partner organizations who are changing the lives of children and families across Chicago.

For the entire day on Tuesday, November 28th, we will be sharing success stories from our partners and giving thanks for their innovation, dedication, and commitment to working with Bright Promises Foundation to create opportunities for every child to flourish and thrive.

Our Attitude of Gratitude campaign is fun, free, and a great way to say THANK YOU to the individuals and organizations who are making a difference in the lives of thousands of Chicago children and families.

Feel the Love

Every hour for a full 24 hours on November 28th, we will be sharing the stories of:

• Children and families whose lives have been transformed by our initiatives;
• Agencies who have unlocked their capacity to create positive change in the community;
• Volunteers who discovered new friends and allies, along with a renewed commitment to helping children succeed.

We will also be offering gratitude to our staff, Board, community of experts, awards honorees and countless others who make our mission possible.

This Giving Tuesday, we also want to share these inspirational and heart-warming stories with more people than ever before.Our goal is to welcome at least 150 new followers on social media in honor of our upcoming 150th anniversary.
